Suite \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du \u00ab\u00a0Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (IEEE-GRSS) – Algeria Chapter\u00a0\u00bb, et la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de ce chapitre, organis\u00e9e par le Centre des Techniques Spatiales (CTS) de l\u2019Agence Spatiale Alg\u00e9rienne (ASAL) le 29novembre 2017, le CTS\/ASAL a organis\u00e9 la seconde \u00e9dition de l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9osciences et t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection spatiale (2nd AGR3S\u201918) du 08 au 12 juillet 2018. Cette \u00e9cole a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e avec le support du chapitre Alg\u00e9rien IEEE-GRSS et le sponsoring de la compagnie nationale NAFTAL.<\/p>\n

La pr\u00e9sentation du programme spatial Alg\u00e9rien d\u2019observation de la Terre (pris en charge par l\u2019ASAL et ses entit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles), et ses produits et applications th\u00e9matiques, constitue l\u2019un des objectifs principaux de cette \u00e9cole d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. De plus, cette \u00e9cole d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentait une occasion importante pour l\u2019apprentissage de techniques Avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de traitement d\u2019images et ses diff\u00e9rentes applications dans les domaines des g\u00e9osciences et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection spatiale.<\/p>\n

Des \u00e9tudiants, ing\u00e9nieurs\/chercheurs\/enseignants et professionnels dans les domaines des g\u00e9osciences et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection spatiale, de l\u2019ASAL (et ses entit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles), d\u2019universit\u00e9s Alg\u00e9riennes (Oran, Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbes, Mostaganem, Alger, Boumerdes, Guelma, Biskra, Adrar, Tizi-Ouzou, Laghouat, Djelfa, Tlemcen et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Panafricaine) et de centres de recherche (CGS, CDTA), ainsi que de diff\u00e9rentes institutions, ont pris part \u00e0 cette \u00e9cole d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Le comit\u00e9 scientifique de cette \u00e9cole a re\u00e7u 118 candidatures, 73 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es et 71 participants \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents (en plus des conf\u00e9renciers et invit\u00e9s).<\/p>\n

Une session poster a \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9e\u00a0: 15 r\u00e9sum\u00e9s de posters ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et 14 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Un prix (abonnement \u00e9tudiant\u00a0 IEEE-GRSS 2019) pour le meilleur poster a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 Mademoiselle Rachida Senouci (\u00e9tudiante PhD de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Mostaganem) pour son poster intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Behavior of coastal area during its utilization: case of Mostaganem cost\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
