KAMECHE, Directeur du CDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">Dans le cadre de la mise en place d\u2019un programme d&rsquo;\u00e9change et d\u2019une plateforme de coop\u00e9ration entre l&rsquo;Institut de technologie de Kyushu (KIT-Japon) et le Centre de d\u00e9veloppement de satellites (CDS-ASAL), des discussions entre le professeur Kei-ichi OKUYAMA de l&rsquo;Institut de technologie de Kyushu (KIT-Japon) et les cadres du CDS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tenues afin d\u2019explorer les points d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats communs et les domaines de coop\u00e9ration. Les formations acad\u00e9miques (Master, PhD), les stages professionnels, les moyens d\u2019essai pour les petits satellites, et le d\u00e9veloppement des nanosatellites ou CubeSat (1U, 2U) et des satellites de moins de 50kg en Alg\u00e9rie en coop\u00e9ration avec JAXA et KIT, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement \u00e9voqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">Dans ce cadre, Mr. Sidi Ahmed BENDOUKHA, chercheur au CDS (ASAL), \u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet du satellite TEN-KOH, dont le lancement par la fus\u00e9e H2-II avec GOSAT-2, est pr\u00e9vu pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2018. Il fonctionnera sur une orbite h\u00e9liosynchrone de 600 km d&rsquo;altitude. TEN-KOH est un petit satellite de 23 kg \u00a0qui sera d\u00e9di\u00e9 au suivi des p\u00f4les Nord et Sud. Les discussions sont en cours pour recevoir les donn\u00e9es missions du satellite au niveau de la station sol du CDS (Oran) \u00e0 des fins de participation \u00e0 des recherches appliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">Il est \u00e0 rappeler que Mr. Sidi Ahmed BENDOUKHA, a soutenu sa th\u00e8se de Doctorat le 22 septembre\u00a0 2017 \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Kyushu de Technologie, Japon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">Son travail de recherche a port\u00e9 sur \u00a0\u00bbStudy on Radio Frequency Communication Blackout Environments for A Small Deep Space Probe During an Atmospheric Re-entry\u2019\u2019. Cette th\u00e8se a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9e par l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies et traite des approches recommand\u00e9es pour r\u00e9soudre les causes des pannes de Radiofr\u00e9quences (RF blackout).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">En parall\u00e8le, Dr. BENDOUKHA\u00a0 a contribu\u00e9 dans deux projets de satellites de l&rsquo;Institut de technologie de Kyushu, en l\u2019occurrence\u00a0; une sonde spatiale nano-profonde Shinen2 et le nano satellite Horyu-4. Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des sous-syst\u00e8mes de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication et des parties de la charge utile des deux engins spatiaux et a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation des deux satellites \u00e0 partir de la station sol de kyutech.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"Style62\" align=\"center\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Style62\" align=\"center\"><strong>Soutenance de th\u00e8se de doctorat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">A doctoral dissertation was defended by Mr. Sidi Ahmed BENDOUKHA, researcher at the Satellite Development Centre (CDS \/ ASAL), on September 22nd, 2017 at the Kyushu Institute of Technology (KIT), Japan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">This thesis, entitled \u00a0\u00bbStudy on Radio Frequency Communication Blackout Environments for A Small Deep Space Probe During an Atmospheric Re-entry\u201d, \u00a0deals with the recommended approaches to solve the causes of RF blackout. The SMF window mitigation method is used in this dissertation to figure out the problem of communication re-entry and evaluated in terms of realistic applications, means to achieve the minimum amountof plasma electron densities (lower attenuation) dependent to variation of magnetic field strength.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">To achieve the intentions of the research, the following studies have been done:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>&#8211;<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"Style63\">The deployment of active real-time data acquisition on board space probe would be highly advantageous for space radiation detection and to reach the communication to deep space.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">To integrate payload as sensor RPPD explored for the project in KIT Shinen2, developed by NASA JS &amp; Center that can operate in deep space for harsh radiation environment and collect data for longer period based on some requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">The experiment was carried out to test a heat shield made by LATS, equipped with transmitter placed behind it tested for several megawatts per square meter of heat flux in a plasma flow of high enthalpy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">Is the first test executed to achieve the end of radio signal during re-entry phase through the LATS ablative materials developed at Okuyama Laboratory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">A study about a new method of communication called end of radio silence using the arc heating facilities of Japan ISAS\/JAXA and JUTEM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">The dissertation defines an approach signal blackout occurring in the wake region and how to exactly solve the communication blackout problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">The main purpose of this dissertation is to study a new mitigation SMF Static Magnetic Field technique for re-entry blackout via numerical simulations using OREX and ISAS measurements data in order to demonstrate the possibilities of the suggested schemes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"justify\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style63\">The significance of the used SMF method is established by computing the reduction in plasma attenuation and electron plasma density dependent to the plasma frequency, collision frequency and operation frequency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"center\"><strong>Graduation Ceremony Pictures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/cerm1.jpg\" width=\"606\" height=\"455\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style64\" align=\"center\">Graduation picture with president of Kyushu Institute of Technology<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/cerm2.jpg\" width=\"605\" height=\"407\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style63\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/cerm3.jpg\" width=\"610\" height=\"378\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style64\" align=\"center\">TEN-KOH Project Team<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M.
