{"id":450,"date":"2016-01-03T10:33:51","date_gmt":"2016-01-03T09:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asal.dz\/?p=450"},"modified":"2018-12-23T12:32:47","modified_gmt":"2018-12-23T11:32:47","slug":"la-zone-amenagee-de-la-partie-amont-de-loued-el-harrach-situee-a-bentalha-wilaya-dalger-analysee-a-partir-des-images-alsat-2a-du-15-12-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asal.dz\/?p=450","title":{"rendered":"La zone am\u00e9nag\u00e9e de la partie amont de l\u2019oued El Harrach situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Bentalha (wilaya d\u2019Alger), analys\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des images Alsat-2A du 15\/12\/2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Les travaux de r\u00e9habilitation et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019oued El Harrach, s\u2019inscrivant dans le cadre du projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la baie d\u2019Alger, et dont l\u2019ach\u00e8vement est pr\u00e9vu pour la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016, vise \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"Style121\">&#8211; R\u00e9tablir les fonctions de l\u2019oued\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\">&#8211; Pr\u00e9venir contre le risque d\u2019inondations\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style126\">&#8211; <span class=\"Style128\">Maintenir les d\u00e9bits d\u2019\u00e9tiage de l\u2019oued\u00a0<\/span>;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\">&#8211; Offrir aux habitants des espaces de loisirs.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">L\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la partie du \u00ab\u00a0cours d\u2019eau amont\u00a0\u00bb traversant des terrains agricoles, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la localit\u00e9 de Bentalha (commune de Baraki), indique un taux d\u2019avancement important. Ce taux d\u2019avancement est \u00e9valu\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des images prises par le satellite Alsat-2A.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">En effet, dans cette partie de l\u2019oued El Harrach situ\u00e9e \u00e0 18 Km de son embouchure (baie d\u2019Alger)\u00a0; qui est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des berges bien d\u00e9gag\u00e9es et traversant des terrains agricoles\u00a0; l\u2019analyse des images Alsat-2A prise le 15\/12\/2015, montre que les am\u00e9nagements paysagers sont quasiment achev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Ces am\u00e9nagements en espace de loisir et de d\u00e9tente, mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s par des aires de repos et de sports, des pistes cyclables, des parcours pour pi\u00e9tons et des plans d\u2019eau, sont visibles sur les images Alsat-2A r\u00e9centes (15\/12\/2015), en comparaison avec celles prises par Alsat-2A en janvier 2014, soit quelques mois seulement apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage des travaux de ce projet important.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Par ailleurs, le trac\u00e9 d\u2019une nouvelle voie rapide et d\u2019\u00e9changeurs permettant de relier le chemin de wilaya 114 \u00e0 la 2\u00e8me rocade Sud d\u2019Alger, est bien apparent sur les images Alsat-2A de d\u00e9cembre 2015.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/bentalha1.jpg\" width=\"680\" height=\"607\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style129\" align=\"center\">Fig.01\u00a0: Visualisation de la r\u00e9gion Ouest d\u2019Alger sur image satellitaire Alsat-2A<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style129\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/bentalha2.jpg\" width=\"661\" height=\"469\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style129\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/bentalha3.jpg\" width=\"664\" height=\"487\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style129\" align=\"center\"><strong>Fig. 02\u00a0: Situation comparative de la zone d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019Oued El Harrach &#8211;
