align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" bgcolor=\"#FFFFFF\">\n<p class=\"Style120\" align=\"center\"><strong>Prototype SIG d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion des \u00e9tudes et r\u00e9alisation du r\u00e9seau routier <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Dans le cadre du 13\u00e8me\u00a0Salon International des Travaux Publics (SITP 2015), qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le 18 Novembre 2015 au\u00a0 Palais des Expositions SAFEX, un prototype d\u2019un Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information G\u00e9ographique (SIG) d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion des \u00e9tudes et r\u00e9alisation du r\u00e9seau routier a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Agence Spatiale Alg\u00e9rienne (ASAL) au profit de l&rsquo;Agence Nationale des Autoroutes (ANA), a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Ce Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information G\u00e9ographique (SIG) r\u00e9alis\u00e9, repose sur l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019une base de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ographiques, des trac\u00e9s des autoroutes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et en cours de r\u00e9alisation et ce, avec l\u2019appui de l\u2019imagerie satellitaire \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style115\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"Style121\">Ce syst\u00e8me\u00a0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 permet la gestion interactive de la base de donn\u00e9es spatiales et offre la possibilit\u00e9 de consultation, d\u2019\u00e9dition, de mise \u00e0 jour et de modification du fichier infrastructure routi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Par ailleurs, un autre module du SIG prend en charge le suivi dynamique des chantiers de r\u00e9alisation des autoroutes, par l\u2019int\u00e9gration et l\u2019exploitation des images satellitaires \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution Alsat-2A et ce, \u00e0 l\u2019effet de suivre les op\u00e9rations inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la gestion des routes en cours r\u00e9alisation (terrassement, bitumage, finalisation des travaux..).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">L\u2019\u00e9tablissement de ce SIG permettra aussi, \u00e0 travers l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019imagerie satellitaire multi r\u00e9solution, une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du territoire et une mise en \u00e9vidence des corr\u00e9lations spatiales existantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style121\" align=\"justify\">Ce prototype constitue le premier jalon pour une collaboration ASAL-ANA, dans le cadre de la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Information G\u00e9ographique afin de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes du Minist\u00e8re des Travaux Publics dans le domaine de la gestion des \u00e9tudes de r\u00e9alisation des autoroutes et leur suivi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style115\"><img
