Ceci repr\u00e9sente une longueur totale d\u2019mages acquises\u00a0de plus de<strong> 485 310 km, <\/strong>une surface couverte\u00a0de plus de <strong>8 493 millions de km2\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0et une capacit\u00e9 de plus de<strong> 7<\/strong> <strong>T\u00e9raoctets<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLe pourcentage d\u2019images ALSAT-2A acquises par continent, indique l\u2019objectif de r\u00e9pondre en priorit\u00e9 aux pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement durable de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et du continent africain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style37\">En effet, la couverture Alsat-2A sur l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de 50 % de la totalit\u00e9 des images acquises. Avec le continent africain, ce taux atteint 73,5 % <em>(Fig.02, 03 et 04).<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"Style37\" align=\"center\">Ce qui met parfaitement en exergue le souci de faire de l\u2019outil spatial, un instrument performant dans la mise en \u0153uvre des projets d\u2019applications spatiales au profit des diff\u00e9rents secteurs utilisateurs nationaux.<br \/>\n<a id=\"_GoBack\" name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/hist.jpg\" width=\"666\" height=\"571\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span class=\"Style37\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/proportions.jpg\" width=\"663\" height=\"418\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Style37\">Les performances de la charge utile du satellite Alsat-2A et sa calibration, \u00e0 travers un suivi permanent de la qualit\u00e9 image, ont permis d\u2019investir un champ large d\u2019applications spatiales au profit des diff\u00e9rents secteurs nationaux, engendrant ainsi une augmentation notable des sollicitations dans les diff\u00e9rents domaines. Nous citerons entre autres, la gestion et le suivi des ressources agricoles, hydriques, foresti\u00e8res, mini\u00e8res et p\u00e9troli\u00e8res, la lutte antiacridienne, la pr\u00e9vention, la gestion et le suivi\u00a0 des catastrophes naturelles (feux de for\u00eats, lutte anti acridienne, d\u00e9sertification), l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire et la protection de op\u00e9rationnelle du syst\u00e8me ALSAT-2A, n\u00e9cessitant la mobilisation permanente de la comp\u00e9tence nationale et une maitrise des diff\u00e9rents aspects techniques, li\u00e9s au maintien des satellites en conditions op\u00e9rationnelles <em>(Fig.06)<\/em>.<br \/>\nLes op\u00e9rations en autonomie du satellite ALSAT-2A sont assur\u00e9es par des \u00e9quipes alg\u00e9riennes qualifi\u00e9es, permettant ainsi la prise de vues des images et\u00a0veillant \u00e0 leur qualit\u00e9, au suivi, au contr\u00f4le et \u00e0 la surveillance du satellite.<br \/>\nAinsi, l\u2019ASAL a acquis une grande exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de gestion des objets spatiaux, en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 plusieurs man\u0153uvres d\u2019\u00e9vitement du satellite ALSAT-2A contre des objets et d\u00e9bris spatiaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style75\" align=\"center\">\n<p class=\"Style75\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.asal.dz\/pictures\/orga.jpg\" 2010.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Calibration radiom\u00e9trique et g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de l\u2019image ALSAT-2A\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deux campagnes de calibrations g\u00e9om\u00e9triques de l\u2019image ALSAT-2A ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es durant les cinq ann\u00e9es, afin de s\u2019assurer de la direction de vis\u00e9e du satellite et d\u2019estimer les \u00e9ventuelles d\u00e9formations en orbite.<br \/>\nLa calibration radiom\u00e9trique a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e plusieurs fois durant les cinq ann\u00e9es du satellite en orbite avec une fr\u00e9quence de 6 \u00e0 10 mois.\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus sont excellents. Ainsi, Le bruit de l\u2019instrument a tendance \u00e0 diminuer depuis le lancement, introduisant ainsi une am\u00e9lioration du rapport signal sur le bruit (SNR) des images.<br \/>\nDe plus, l\u2019estimation en orbite de la Fonction de Transfert de Modulation (FTM) a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une bonne stabilit\u00e9 de la performance de la charge utile durant les cinq ann\u00e9es d\u2019op\u00e9rations, et ce gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de maintien en orbite (\u00e9volution de l\u2019heure locale) mise en place. Les valeurs estim\u00e9es sur les deux directions (le long et \u00e0 travers la trace sous orbitale\u00a0: <em>along-track et across-track)<\/em> restent largement sup\u00e9rieures aux sp\u00e9cifications.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences de l\u2019ASAL avec les man\u0153uvres d\u2019\u00e9vitement et de gestion de d\u00e9bris spatiaux <\/strong>(Fig.07)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depuis Septembre 2010, les centres de contr\u00f4les de satellites de l\u2019ASAL ont re\u00e7u vingt-cinq (<em>25) messages <\/em>d&rsquo;alerte de conjonction concernant le satellite ALSAT-2A.<br \/>\nPour faire face \u00e0 ces situations, les \u00e9quipes d\u2019orbitographie et d\u2019analyse mission du centre de d\u00e9veloppement des satellites (CDS\/ASAL) ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure de gestion des risques de collision, afin d\u2019aider l\u2019\u00e9quipe des op\u00e9rations dans la d\u00e9cision d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter ou non une man\u0153uvre d\u2019\u00e9vitement. En outre, afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, analyser le message de collision et d&rsquo;effectuer la man\u0153uvre d&rsquo;\u00e9vitement, un logiciel a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et ayant pour nom\u00a0: Conjunction Summary Message Analysis Tool (CSMAT). L\u2019outil a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 avec les r\u00e9sultats obtenus par les outils professionnels, comme le CRAMS de l\u2019Agence Spatiale Canadienne, le STK-AdvCAT software et le logiciel
