Les 06 communes couvertes sont\u00a0: Bordj El Bahri, Bordj El Kiffan, Dar El Beida, El Harrach, Hussein-Dey et Baraki.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\">La programmation de cette prise de vue a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de Mr. Hamid Belkassem, Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association RECIFS, \u00e0 l\u2019effet d\u2019accompagner l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement \u00ab\u00a0les \u00e9boueurs de la mer\u00a0\u00bb, et dont le plateau du direct de la Radio Alg\u00e9rie chaine III, \u00e9tait install\u00e9 au port de Tamenfoust (figure 1).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\">En effet, les images Alsat-2A couvrant la r\u00e9gion de Tamenfoust , montrent \u00e0 l\u2019heure de prise de vue\u00a0; 11h12\u2019 (heure Alg\u00e9rienne)\u00a0; que le sable des plages avoisinantes sont propres et que les eaux de mer sont \u00ab\u00a0quasi-transparentes\u00a0\u00bb et ce, malgr\u00e9 les houles form\u00e9es par des vents du Nord-Ouest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\">Il est \u00e0 signaler, que l\u2019analyse bidate entre une image ant\u00e9rieure Alsat-2A avec celle du 23 mai 2015, fait ressortir au niveau de la plage de Tamenfoust, des traces d\u2019humidit\u00e9 li\u00e9es vraisemblablement aux amas d\u2019algues issus de l\u2019op\u00e9ration de nettoyage (figure 2).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\">Par ailleurs, L\u2019analyse des images Alsat-2A rehauss\u00e9es couvrant les communes d\u2019El Harrach et de Dar El Beida, indique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019informations relatifs au suivi des grands projets en cours \u00e0 Alger, ainsi qu\u2019au trafic routier au niveau de la rocade Sud. Les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\"><strong>1<\/strong>&#8211; Les travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagements des \u00ab\u00a0Sablettes\u00a0\u00bb et de l\u2019oued El Harrach\u00a0; au niveau de son embouchure et en amont, suivent leurs cours (figure 3)\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\"><strong>2<\/strong>&#8211; Les travaux d\u2019extension de l\u2019a\u00e9roport international Houari Boumediene, ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9\u00a0(figure 4)\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\"><strong>3<\/strong>&#8211; Les traces des travaux de r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un segment d\u2019une voie rapide, reliant la rocade Sud d\u2019Alger (Zeralda &#8211; Dar El Beida) \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me Rocade Sud (Staoueli &#8211; Boudouaou), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es pr\u00e8s de l\u2019ex. d\u00e9charge de Oued Smar, dont l\u2019am\u00e9nagement suit son cours (figure 5)\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style94\" align=\"justify\"><strong>4<\/strong>&#8211; Un trafic tr\u00e8s dense sur pr\u00e8s de 3.1 Km \u00e0 l\u2019heure de prise de vue (11h12\u2019), est perceptible au niveau de la rocade Sud d\u2019Alger en direction de Dar El Beida.
